Self-host improvements

This is an epic to improve self-hosted experience.

A guided configuration of Self-host instances that allow you to configure ClearFlask without having to touch the config property file.

Profile picture upload

Since the redesign, each user now has an auto-generated avatar. In the profile settings, user should be able to upload their own image.

This should be fairly simple to do as the frontend, api and backend already has most of the code and user-uploads already exists for content.

Forum-like features

Our backend is setup to handle forums, although it is not advertised as such. Make it easier for people to create forums and advertise it on the landing page.

I'd like to be able to create tasks on the roadmap, but have the visibility private to admins and mods.

Make custom CSS styles easier

Some customers have asked to style parts of the page. Currently all CSS tags are obfuscated and change on every page load. Since we are now open-source, we can preserve the original names of the tags with no issues so customers can target them in their custom CSS.

Send notification when posted on behalf

When you create feedback or another post on behalf of another user, the user should be notified that the post has been created.

In the Dashboard Feedback page, current quick actions are nice, but sometimes the quick actions need to be combined (ie, change to status AND respond AND convert to task)

Add a form at the bottom of each feedback with the following options:

Link to task
Link to changelog

In addition, some quick actions can stay, such as "Delete", "Closed" status
